Review of ACT Territory Plan

Planning Workshop Australia was engaged by the ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA) to conduct a review of its Territory Plan as part of its ongoing planning reform agenda.
PWA’s role involved facilitating an internal workshop with ACTPLA staff to reach agreement on how to resolve issues such as problems with noise and interaction between entertainment and leisure areas and other uses, and the impact of mixed uses, preserving service trades, dealing with interface issues between restaurants and apartment living, and light industrial uses in commercial zones.
