Badgery's Creek: Industrial Land Development

Engaged by Badgery’s Creek Consortium (BCC) to Project Manage a proposal for approximately 1000ha integrated business and logistics, service, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution hub at Elizabeth Drive, Badgerys Creek (the Subject Site). The site is within the Western Sydney Employment Lands Investigation Area (WSELIA), identified by the NSW Government. The project infrastructure value is estimated to be in the order of $700 million.

The objectives of the Project are to increase affordability and public access to land and services for employment and other uses; to generate jobs for the labour force in the SW sector of Sydney and; to increase the supply of serviced land and appropriate transport for a mix uses (such as logistics, wholesaling, call centres, data processing and communications and support retail and housing development) in an environmentally sustainable and efficient manner.
