Morisset Retirement Village

We prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects on behalf of the Salvation Army for a major retirement village including a residential aged care facility (RACF), community facilities and independent living units to meet 2008 accreditation standards.

The RACF provides for both high and low care: the high care facility providing a full range of nursing and support services for people eligible under the provisions of the Private Health Establishments Act 1987 and Regulations, the Nursing Homes Act 1988 and Regulations, the Aged Care Act 1997 and the National Health Act 1953.
