Rosedale Subdivision Masterplan

Planning Workshop Australia was engaged by Upper Hunter Shire Council to undertake masterplanning of the Rosedale subdivision site at Murrurundi.

The task involved a site analysis, followed by the establishment of design principles to be applied to the site, and culminated in the development of the masterplan, including road and lot layout.

In preparing the masterplan, PWA considered many factors relevant to the site, including site constraints, riparian zones, flood liable areas, slopes, ecological communities and archaeological findings.
