Uniting Care Ageing: Property Portfolio Appraisal

The objectives were to consider the development potential of the property portfolio – its existing use, potential to increase utilization for residential care and independent living, and to consider alternative uses and development potential of such sites.

In the course of this project, priority was given to organising selected data for property, services and financial performance into a Portfolio Asset Register (PAR).
