Jillian Kral

Jillian holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science degree and is a specialist in environmental management, urban and regional planning, and strategic and statutory planning. She has the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders on a variety of planning tasks.

Jillian has lengthy experience managing development applications and has prepared detailed Statements of Environmental Effects for clients with regard to commercial, industrial residential, senior’s living and mixed use developments, notably the redevelopment of the Dyke Point super yacht facility and the Carrington Hydraulic Engine House.

Jillian has experience preparing Part 3A Major Project applications, including the Royal Newcastle Hospital redevelopment on behalf of Mirvac, and has undertaken detailed strategic planning research and analysis for the preparation of development strategies and local environmental plans for numerous local councils in NSW.
